Our Experience

ChangeLab consultants, as part of the client’s team, defined a Change Management strategy for the roll-out of real-time communication and enterprise social network for more than 10 thousand employees. They recruited and managed more than 300 digital ambassadors who lead to a bottom-up viral adoption. They also worked with the sponsors and leadership to ensure the vision was cascaded from the top. Practically they created a communication and training plan and worked with internal teams to execute on those plans. They also held interactive workshops with various key players in the bank.
